About me
I am a board-licensed professional counselor and psychotherapist.
I work with individuals who grapple with universal human experiences such as anxiety, depression, self-doubt, hopelessness, and grief that have become overwhelming and disruptive to daily life. My therapeutic approach is rooted in psychoanalytic principles; however, I draw on various therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s unique needs, recognizing that no single approach fits all.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading, and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
